Tyent Australasia and not like others, can’t offer Forever warranty as it seem and look “in both the eyes of the law and for the intelligence people” as a scam, dodge, con or deception. We do not need to use cheap marketing tactics just for the sake of selling our products. We are quite sure that our products will be trouble free for years to come, however and at the same time, we will like to build up our relation with our customers’ and clients’ based on trust, confidence and respecting their intelligence and good judgements before buying our products.

Returning Product Policy

Please give us a call before returning the unit. When shipping the unit, use original packaging if possible, or sufficient packing material and appropriate box. If repair is required during warranty period, the purchaser will be required to furnish a proof of purchase indicating the date and the serial number of the water ioniser unit.

This warranty only covers failures due to detect in materials and workmanship which occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, improper insertion of consumables, set-up adjustments, mal adjustment of consumer controls, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, power line surge, improper voltage supply, commercial use, or service by limits and exclusions. There are no express warranties except as listed above.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to authorized repair facility.

The warrantor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage, for damages arising out of the use of any unauthorized attachment, or for damages resulting from the use of the product with defective water faucet and or water that is judged by the local authorities as “Hard” All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of the merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period. Repair and /or replacement will be at the final discretion of Health and Food.
