Tyent Australasia and not like others, can’t offer Forever warranty as it seem and look “in both the eyes of the law and for the intelligence people” as a scam, dodge, con or deception. We do not need to use cheap marketing tactics just for the sake of selling our products. We are quite sure that our products will be trouble free for years to come, however and at the same time, we will like to build up our relation with our customers’ and clients’ based on trust, confidence and respecting their intelligence and good judgements before buying our products.

Returning Product Policy

Please give us a call before returning the unit. When shipping the unit, use original packaging if possible, or sufficient packing material and appropriate box. If repair is required during warranty period, the purchaser will be required to furnish a proof of purchase indicating the date and the serial number of the water ioniser unit.

The warranty covers only the detected in workmanship and materials failures in normal use. However the warranty will not cover damages or damage during the shipment of the product, neither failures caused by unauthorized person or products not advised or supplied by Tyent Australasia, or misuse, neglect, accident, mishandling, abuse, misapplication, faulty or Incorrect installation, commercial use, mal set-up modifications, mal-adjustments, or alterations of the consumer system controls, modification, improper voltage supply, electrical  or storms power surge, improper operation or maintenance, improper insertion, alteration, service by limits and excluding, that result in product failures. No express or rapid warranty except as mentioned or listed above.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to authorized repair facility.
Tyent Australasia is not accountable or responsible for consequential or incidental damage, arising out damages from using of any unapproved or unauthorized attachment, or for the damages of product as a result from using defective or faulty water faucet and/or the source of the local or the used water is judged or assesed by the local authorities or an authorized water laboratory agent appointed by the local authority as “Hard” water. All implied express and fast warranties or guarantees that include the warranties or the guarantees of the fitness and merchantability for particular or specific purpose, are incomplete, limited or restricted to the appropriate warranty period. Replacement and /or Repair will be our last or final decision and at the last discretion of Tyent Australasia.
