Did you know that Life has started 2.7 billion years ago on earth immersed totally in water?

Around four hundred million years ago certain animals’ species were able to leave the oceans and adapted living in the land; however they kept their absolute reliance on water.

Today the human being body has inherited the same complete dependency on water and we can only survive without water no more than four days.

It is interesting to know that the human body and the Mother Nature the “Earth” are coincidently consisting of seventy percent water. Does this make us part of Mother Nature and a water creature?

Water is the most important and abundant inorganic compound in all living systems. In fact, water is the medium in which nearly all of the two millions body’s biochemical reactions occur. It is hard to imagine water is not involved in every body activity. Water has many properties that explain why it is such indispensable compound for life.

Water is involved in all body’s systems such as in decomposition reaction “breaking down the food” in the digestive system; blood circulation, oxygen and nutrient transport in the cardiovascular system; lubrication and support in the skeleton system; metabolic waste and carbon dioxide elimination in the lymphatic, respiratory and urinary systems; energy production in muscle tissues; temperature control in the integumentary system “the skin” and neurotransmitters “brain messages” carries in the nervous system. In short water involve in circulation, elimination, lubrication and transportation of nutrients, oxygen and life to every cell of the body.

Water holds the key to preserve health and control all kinds of diseases. However most of us take advantage of this basic common knowledge by reducing or replacing drinking water with coffee, tea, alcohol, soft drinks, and beverages pushing the body constantly to a dangerous lower level of dehydration. Yet what they seen not to know how essential it is to one’s well-being. They do not know what happens to the body if it does not receive daily need of water. Can water have great impact on your health and disease condition? Before answering this question let us explore inside the human body.
